Important Note: CashCenter.ai does not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers. However, we do share your information with lenders in our network for the purpose of matching you with loan offers. Under California law, this sharing may be considered a "sale" even though we do not receive monetary payment. We only share your information with your consent, for the purpose of connecting you with loan opportunities.

What Data We Share

When you submit a loan inquiry, we share the following information with lenders:

• Name and contact information
• Date of birth
• Address
• Social Security Number (last 4 digits or full SSN)
• Income and employment information
• Credit information obtained from credit bureaus
• Loan amount requested and purpose

Submit a Request

Use the form below to submit a request to opt out of the sale/sharing of your personal information, request deletion of your data, or inquire about what data we have collected about you.

Authorized Agent

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. To do so, you must:

• Provide the authorized agent written permission to submit the request
• Verify your identity directly with us
• Directly confirm with us that you provided the agent permission to submit the request

Alternatively, if the authorized agent has power of attorney pursuant to California Probate Code sections 4000 to 4465, they may submit a request without these additional requirements.

Verification Process

To protect your privacy and security, we will verify your identity before processing your request. We may ask you to provide additional information such as your date of birth, address, or last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. This information will only be used for verification purposes.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. However, please note that if you opt out of sharing your information with lenders, we will not be able to match you with loan offers, as sharing your information is necessary to provide our core service.
